Favorite Faces

  • Jul. 13th, 2006 at 11:28 PM
A brilliant post. Wish I'd thought of it.

Nonetheless, here are some of my favorite faces. As with Sheila, these not only happen to be heros of mine, but they are simple great faces that remind me of something. Something historic, something huge, something visceral.

Wow! Alex, What a nice pic of Elenore Roosevelt. I never noticed her eyes before. These are not only interesting people and extremely interesting faces but interesting choices of shots of them.
OMG! How beautiful Judy is. How beautiful Micheal Jackson was. Einstein, bless his wild haired soul, Daffy looking very sinister, Jim and Steve in a wonderful shot, what's that from? Is that Alice Cooper?

That IS alice Cooper! I love his music, and I've aways loved his face. Love, Love, Love his face.

And what about Michael Jackson? My God. What a face. What a smile. Shame isn't it?

Jim&Steve shot
Great shot, huh? It is from the publicity photos for The Big Voice: God or Merman, from last year, and I'm pretty sure one of the producers took it. I SM'd the show & let me tell ya: I have rarley been so honored to be part of a show. It was only matched by running Alex's show a few months later - I am SO blessed!!

Unless I'm mistaken, that's a shot of Freddie Mercury. Took me a while to figure it out, but he certainly had my heart pounding. I never noticed how beautiful he was.
